- Our customers are our top priority. We make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to 48 USA states and Canada. We do not send our products to a PO Box or international. Your order will be ship out within 24 hours of clear payment, Monday-Friday.

KFinds will send you an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier web site. Please note that we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your shipment- tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier system.
Claims should be made directly to the carrier when damage occurs during delivery. Any Shortage or wrong items received must be reported within 10 days. No claims will be accepted after 10 days for those reasons.

This is our Standard 30 Return Policy. Items covered by this policy must be returned to to us within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Kfinds.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization number. Returns must be in the original carton, must include a copy of the invoice, and be in new condition as determined by KFinds and our manufacturers. Special orders, close-outs and used items are not returnable. Please contact us for return address.
